Our Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the order has shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you're welcome to request a return instead once it arrives.
• Made-to-order or customized pieces may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. We'll confirm this when we review your request.
• Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
